Instruction

EyeQuix Easy (Quix 1-3): Do at least 2 of our 10 second games to see what your baseline is!

EyeQuix Easy (Quix 4-9): Do each of these for 10 seconds.

  • Quix 4-7: Let’s warm up for competition with these real eye exams!
  • Quix 8-9: Now it is time to compete! Read game instructions to get on the leaderboard.
EyeQuix Turbo (Quix 10-14): Classic too easy? Try these out once you have mastered Quix 8-9

  • Hint: Do classic or turbo 4 times a day, with a 4 hour gap in between, for maximum results.
EyeRelax (Relax 1-5): Cool down after your workout...Rest your eyes after a long day looking at a screen, or fine print. No tapping, no swiping, just look. Take 1 minute from your day to use EyeRelax (15 seconds each).

Recommended daily routine

Standard
  1. Breakfast
    • While your coffee is brewing, do 2 EyeQuix Easy (Quix 1-3)
  2. Lunch
    • Got a minute while your food is in the microwave? Do EyeQuix Classic (Quix 4-9) for 1 minute
      • Remember that Quix 4-7 are a warm-up for your eyes
  3. Dinner
    • Waiting for the oven to get hot? Do EyeQuix Turbo (Quix 10-14) for 1 minute.
  4. Dessert
    • Relaxing with a bowl of ice cream? Relax your eyes too! EyeRelax (Relax 1-5) for 1 minute.
For Athletes:
Do EyeQuix Turbo for 4 times a day (60 seconds each)

  1. Breakfast
    • While your coffee is brewing, do EyeQuix Turbo (Quix 10-14) for 1 minute.
  2. Lunch
    • Got a minute while your food is in the microwave? Do EyeQuix Turbo (Quix 10-14) for 1 minute.

For Senior:
  • Day 1: Start with EyeQuix Easy once a day
  • Week 1: Advance to EyeQuix Classic once a day
  • Week 2: Do EyeQuix Classic 2 times a day
  • Week 3: Try out EyeQuix Turbo 3 times a day
  • Week 4: Do EyeQuix Turbo 4 times a day
To prevent Computer Vision Syndrome
Take a break from computer work every 1 hour to do EyeRelax for at least 10 seconds, and close your eyes for 1 minute.

Always do EyeRelax at the end of your day.
